WHEN TO SOW

March to July and September.



Where to Sow

Sow thinly direct into the growing site 1cm (1/2") deep in rows 30cm (12") apart. For baby cut & come again leaves sow at 15cm (6") between the rows. Early and autumn sowing will benefit from being covered by cloches.



What to do Next

When seedlings are large enough to handle thin out to 15cm apart. Water regularly during dry spells. Autumn sowings can be made under cloches or in containers in a cold frame or cold greenhouse for harvesting through the winter months.

HANDY TIP

Prefers a shady site. Pick as young leaves or the whole plant. Sow at regular intervals to ensure a continuous supply of fresh young leaves.

Once you have added your items to the basket you can continue to secure checkout and make payments via credit or debit card. All payments are processed via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal.

Click and Collect

We offer a click-and-collect service for those who would like to collect from us directly. Collection times are between 8:30am and 6pm 7 days a week.

We ask you to have a copy of your order confirmation to hand, either printed or on a mobile device.

Please do not come to collect your order unless you have received a ‘ready to be collected’ email as it may not be ready immediately. We strive to get all click and collect orders together within 2 hours but sometimes this is not possible.

Local Deliveries

Local Deliveries are sent out on a first-come-first-served basis. There is no minimum order, but there is a fee for all orders that start at £10 and increase as you get further away from our centre. 

We offer curbside/driveway drop-off only. 

Additional charges may apply for large or heavy items.
